Rage of the Empire!

The Western Kingdom had a plan to defeat the Empire of Masks, should they ever launch their armies across the Night River again.

It failed.

Now the Emperor's legions are on the march, driving the remnants of the Royal Army before them as they seek to end the Thousand Years' War once and for all. Fighting alongside her friends in Charlie Company, Sophia Rose finds herself back in the eye of the storm as they try to hold back the steel-masked tide.

The Kingdom's official enemies might be the least of its worries, though. Its own supposed allies could be far more dangerous than the Imperial Army... and the power games of its own elite have turned positively deadly. Back in the High City and now heir to the throne, Princess Arilin finds herself with powerful enemies and precious few friends.
